Treatment Improvement Exchange
This site is sponsored by the Division of State and Community Assistance of the Center for
Substance Abuse Treatment to provide for the exchange of information exchange between CSAT staff
and State and local alcohol and substance abuse agencies. The site provides guidelines for
substance abuse treatment, as well as legislative and statistical information. Special Topics
