HARRIS LIBRARY

Photocopying

Photocopiers are located in the Harris Library on the main floor near the entrance and in the lounge on the first floor of the MSASS building. Copies are 10 cents per exposure. In addition to nickels, dimes, and quarters, both machines accept $1.00 and $5.00 bills and are equipped with Harco card readers.

A CaseOneCard Account can be set up so that you can use your Case ID as a copy card. This needs to be done through Access Services located in Room 18 of Crawford Hall. The card can be used as a debit card in the MSASS, Kelvin Smith and Health Center libraries, as well as the University Bookstore, Dining Services, and a variety of other locations. The phone number for Access Services is (216) 368-2724.

MSASS students who wish to have the Harris Library photocopy a reserve item or an article from a journal owned by the MSASS Harris Library may also use the Photocopying Request Form (PDF) . The charge for this service is 15 cents per exposure. The form should be given to the Circulation Desk staff. Contact Lena Ford , lena.ford@case.edu , (216) 368-2302 for more information.

Note: Please do not use any foreign or Canadian coins in the photocopy machine as they jam the coin mechanism which can take the machine out of service. Thank you.
