Patrons are responsible for material that they have lost or damaged (including OhioLINK
items).
A $30.00 processing fee and a $6.00 billing charge is assessed for each lost item (books or
videos). In addition, you will be charged the cost of the item and any overdue fines that may have
accumulated before the item was reported lost or damaged.
If we cannot determine the original purchase price of an item, you will be charged the default
replacement cost: $95.00 for books and $535.00 for videos.
If you have misplaced a library item, it is to your benefit to inform a library staff
member as soon as possible.
