Computer Lab FAQs & Help

For in-lab help Lab Technicians will be available at all times. The Technicians will provide basic assistance in machine operation, printing, etc. Lab Technicians will be on duty during classes or presentations to assist with equipment problems. If there is no lab technician during normal business hours, please contact the Office of Academic, Research, and Administrative Technology at the Mandel School for someone to assist you.

Training
Lab Technicians will provide help to all computer lab users; however, they will not do the work for you. Lab Technicians do not provide training or instruction on specific software programs. Students are encouraged to take advantage of the free computer training classes offered by Case thru the CaseLearns  program.
