Finding Books in OhioLINK

Students, faculty, staff, and alumni at Case are welcome to request items online through OhioLINK if they are on reserve for a course, not in the library collection, or already checked out. Here’s how you can search for books on OhioLINK:

Below are the instructions for placing a request:

  1. Start by searching in the Library Catalog.
  2. If no results for CWRU come up or the item is unavailable, click on the  search ohiolink button above the search bar.
  3. Review the list of libraries that have the item the OhioLINK catalog.
  4. Click on the green Request button.
  5. Select CWRU from the dropdown menu.
  6. Enter your Case network ID and password on the Request Verification page under Students, staff, and faculty.
  7. Specify a pick-up location for the requested material.

Once you submit your information, you will get a confirmation message and your item should arrive at the circulation desk in 3-5 business days. The following video walks you through the process:
