Scholarly Interests: youth violence, adolescent behavior problems, co-existing drug and mental disorders, community policing.
How I chose this profession: I enjoyed working with juvenile delinquents in Brooklyn, NY. There were no employment opportunities for philosophers (B.A. in philosophy).
