A Cleveland native, Dr. Jennifer King has a wide range of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. Her clinical expertise in the assessment and treatment of trauma in children and adolescents. She is the creator of the Cameron Complex Trauma Interview (CCTI), an innovative pictorial-based semi-structured interview tool to assess for trauma history and symptomatology related to complex trauma in school-aged children. Her research focuses on further development of the CCTI, including the creation of culturally specific versions of the measure. Dr. King earned her Doctorate of Clinical Social Work (DSW) degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was recognized for her academic and scholarly success with the Ram Cnaan Award for Doctoral Excellence.
