Dr. Anthony’s research focuses on the evaluation of social interventions designed to ameliorate the effects of poverty on young children. Her work involves the application of longitudinal, integrated data to evaluate outcomes, drive decision-making and inform policy recommendations regarding early childhood education, health and wellbeing. Dr. Anthony’s current projects include an evaluation of Cuyahoga County’s Office of Early Childhood/Invest in Children programming, an analysis of the Cleveland Department of Public Health’s MomsFirst home visiting program, and a collective impact evaluation of Cleveland Central’s Promise Neighborhood.
