Two opportunities to hear the presentation

Jenny Sowry, Executive Director of The Foundation for Community Development and Empowerment’s (FCDE) will provide a talk on their philosophy and positive sustainable development practices that uplift communities and make comprehensive and lasting change.

Ijeoma Mba, an MSASS alum who is currently working with FCDE, will join us via Skype from western Uganda.

  • FCDE provides 9-26 week comprehensive career building internships.
  • FCDE provides internships in 7 sectors, Education, Environment, HIV/AIDS. Health, Small Business Development, Women’s Empowerment and Social Justice
  • Internships are for students who are looking to launch their career in international development
  • Uganda is an English speaking, politically safe and economically progressive country.
