Stay informed about social work best practices and current research at the Lillian F. and Milford J. Harris Library. The Harris Library is available for use by MSASS alumni with the Special Borrowers Card. For more information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Learn more about our Distinguished Contributor Lectures, a series of professional workshops delivered by alumni on topics of current interest. There are also additional lecture opportunities through the year featuring social workers and social welfare experts from across the country; lectures are typically advertised through mailed fliers, MSASS Action, and electronic communications from the school. Look in your mailbox and inbox!
Use career services through the University Career Centers. The University Career Center offers individualized assistance and resources to develop lifelong career management, including events, job postings and career fairs. The University Career Center also offers career counseling and resume assistance.
Stay in touch with alumni from your graduating classes or in a specific geographic area. The office of development and alumni relations can provide contact information for alumni networking.
