Student Life

Yes, there IS life outside the classroom and your field placement! Our students are engaged with the school, engaged with each other, and engaged in the community.

Want to get involved in activities where you can network with fellow students and alumni, talk about social issues, and maybe even have a little (or a lot!) of fun? We’ve got you covered!

Check out the school calendar regularly! New events are always being added, from fun on-campus film nights to interesting online lectures – and many are free or offer professional development hours for students.
CouncilJoin a student group! The Mandel School has a variety of student groups to choose from that offer terrific opportunities to meet people, work toward a cause, and develop leadership skills. Don’t see a group that appeals to your passion? Start a new one!
Take advantage of the Career Services we provide in collaboration with the CWRU Career Center! Our Office of Student Services offers career assistance, job exploration, and other related resources such as professional association listings. These services are provided through one-on-one consultation, career fairs and events, networking with alumni, career counseling, self-assessments, mock interview services, and access to the Career Center’s online career management system. And when you graduate, you can continue to access the services of the CWRU Career Center as one of our alumni!
Read action, the school magazine!  It comes out twice a year and is filled with stories about our accomplished students, alumni, and faculty. Have an idea for a story or want to share your news as a student or alumna? Email it to MandelSchool@case.edu.
